Managed Research Workstations

Managed nodes are those nodes purchased by individual researchers, but managed under the RIT umbrella. Although they share the same accounts and home directories they should not be used without permission of the researcher in question. Management by RIT allows the nodes to be full participants in the file storage and systems updated that the RIT group can provide.
