Lam/mpi commands

lamboot - Start a LAM multicomputer. Need hostfile set up.

lamclean - Attempt to clean entire LAM system.

lamexec - Run non-MPI programs on LAM nodes

lamgrow - Extend a LAM multicomputer

laminfo - Display configuration information about LAM/MPI

The lamhalt tool removes all traces of the LAM session on the network

lamnodes - Display all nodes that have been configured for Lam

lamtrace - Unload LAM trace data.

lamwipe - Shutdown LAM.
